Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CIRCLE
Welcome to Croatia!
Your journey begins in Zagreb, where a private transfer will take you to our tranquil retreat sanctuary.
After settling in and immersing yourself in the surroundings, we’ll gather for an opening circle and group meditation.
In the evening, our chef Tea will delight your taste buds with a delicious dinner.
Day 2 — YOGA + FOREST BATHING + RESTORATIVE YOGA
Start the day with traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice, followed by a delightful brunch.
Then it’s time for forest bathing. We believe that walking in silence develops an intimate relationship with nature and helps us find inner peace and get in touch with our intuition.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy leisure activities, from exploring the forest and picking wild flowers to relaxing in outdoor hot tubs and saunas.
Before dinner, Irena will guide us through a gentle and restorative yoga class, followed by a yummy dinner and a circle around the bonfire.
Day 3 — YOGA + LEISURE + YIN YOGA
Our morning rhythm you already know – Ashtanga Yoga and a healthy brunch.
This afternoon is planned for a trip to the nearby river Mreznica where we can swim, rent a kayak or SUP or simply enjoy with cup of coffee in a beach bar.
Return for a well-deserved Yin Yoga class before enjoying a fulfilling dinner.
Day 4 — YOGA + PLITVICE LAKES
After morning practice and breakfast, explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Plitvice Lakes National Park, with its 16 interconnected lakes and waterfalls.
This place is full of magic, forest fairies and recharging Ions.
Return to a warm dinner and more snuggling next to the forest bonfires.
Day 5 — YOGA + DEPARTURE
Conclude your retreat with a morning Yoga session, a closing circle, and a wholesome brunch.
Recharged and rejuvenated, you’ll be prepared to re-enter the real world.
We will escort you to Zagreb and from where you can decide; or to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home…
LODGING
Ekodrom Estate is the perfect place to get lost and find peace.
Set in an idyllic and supremely private location, you will enjoy the beauty of plums orchards and lush greenery. The property consists of 4 houses that used to belong to Grandmother Ljuba and today, it belongs to her grandson Marko. One house used to be a barn and the other two were cattle stables.
Marko and friends turned these traditional constructions into modern houses. Each house has an outdoor private hot tub. Sauna and in-house massage are at your disposal.
FOOD
Delight in two daily meals and snacks prepared by our in-house chef, following our motto: eat fresh, support local!
Our brunches and dinners feature vegan or vegetarian options, with gluten-free choices available. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, fruits, and snacks throughout the day.
LOCATION
You will find Ekodrom Estate, right between Zagreb and Adriatic coast. This is a perfect location to explore Croatia’s inland.
National Park Plitvice Lakes, surrounding hiking trails, river rafting, and mountain climbing makes this area favorite destination for an active vacation.
