OVERVIEW
Steffy and Sasha are happy to welcome you to this retreat, where we’ll create lasting memories together.
Our focus will be on the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—that compose all of nature. Through daily practices, we’ll connect with each element to foster balance, vitality, and inner peace. Mornings will bring dynamic classes to energize, while afternoons offer restorative sessions, each day immersing us in a new element.
Nestled in a stunning beachfront villa on Brač Island, our retreat combines luxury and nature’s beauty, complete with a pool and serene surroundings. Here, we’ll enjoy healthy local cuisine, scenic hikes, and island excursions to Hvar and the Pakleni Islands.
Each day, you’ll be treated to two fresh Mediterranean meals, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.
PROGRAM

Day 1 — ARRIVAL + OPENING CIRCLE
We’ll meet you at the Supetar ferry port and drive you directly to our villa.
Once you’ve settled in and relaxed, join us for an opening circle to connect and set intentions, followed by a gentle welcome stretch and a grounding chakra meditation.
As the day ends, a delicious dinner will be waiting for you.
Day 2 — WATER ELEMENT + LEISURE
We’ll start the day with an energizing yoga session by the sea, inviting you to dive into the fluidity, creativity, and flow of life.
Afterward, enjoy a delicious brunch crafted by our in-house chef, featuring fresh, seasonal flavors.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy —unwind with a soothing massage, lounge by the pool, take a dip in the sea, or lose yourself in a good book as you soak in the villa’s tranquil atmosphere.
Before evening, we’ll gather for a gentle, restorative yoga practice, connecting with our intuitive, lunar energy.
Then, savor a sunset dinner overlooking the sea.
Day 3 — FIRE ELEMENT + HIKING VIDOVA GORA + GOLDEN CAPE
Today, we transition from the energy of water to the energy of fire. Our morning practice will be dynamic and strengthening, designed to awaken your prana and ignite your inner fire.
Afterward, enjoy a soul-nourishing brunch on the villa’s porch.
In the afternoon, we’ll embark on a hike (about 2.5 hours) up to Mt. Vidova Gora, the highest peak of the Croatian islands. From the summit, you’ll take in breathtaking views of the Golden Cape and the islands of Hvar and Vis. We’ll then head downhill to visit the Golden Cape, Croatia’s most beautiful beach and a protected gem of the Adriatic coast.
Take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters after the hike!
End this adventurous day with a glass of excellent island wine and a delightful dinner in Bol.
Day 4 — AIR ELEMENT + LEISURE
Begin your day with a gentle yoga practice designed to invite ease, open the heart, and cultivate loving kindness.
After a nourishing brunch, the day is yours to enjoy. Take time to explore the charming local village or indulge in a soothing massage.
If you prefer a more active holiday, the option can be a kayak or SUP tour.
Before dinner, join Steffy for a serene session of chanting and meditation, a perfect way to ground and center before dinner.
Dinner and relaxed free time.
Day 5 — ETHER ELEMENT + ISLAND HOPPING HVAR & PAKLENI ISLANDS
This morning’s yoga practice invites you to open your vision and clear your mind. Reflect on your true desires and explore who you are when all doubts fall away.
After a refreshing brunch, the choice is yours—relax at the villa, or join an optional boat trip to the enchanting Hvar and Pakleni Islands.
Our first stop is Hvar, where you can explore Venetian architecture, historic monasteries, the iconic Španjola fortress, and a lively dining scene. Next, we’ll head to the Pakleni Islands, where you can swim, snorkel, and enjoy drinks at a beach bar.
Dinner will be served at the villa upon our return.
Day 6 — EARTH ELEMENT + OLIVE OIL TASTING
Start your day with a grounding yoga practice to help you feel rooted, relaxed, and fully present.
This afternoon, we’ll take a trip to Škrip, the oldest village on Brač, where we’ll visit the Museum of Olive Oil. Here, you’ll learn about traditional olive oil production and enjoy tastings of local delicacies.
In the evening, unwind with a restorative yoga session, followed by a delightful homemade dinner.
Day 7 — RETURN HOME or...
For closing circle and morning flow, we’ll go through all elements and integrate all the feelings in our body and soul.
After brunch, we will escort you to Supetar, from where you can decide; or to stay to live in Croatia or to go back to your home.

LOCATION
Brač is a Mediterranean island famous for its cultural heritage, deeply indented coves, smooth stone pebble beaches, crystal clear sea, and rustic Mediterranean villages. This unique Adriatic island is bestowed with Croatian symbols such as Vidova Gora — one of the most beautiful viewpoints and the highest peak on the Adriatic coast. Another treasure is the Golden Cape — a natural white pebbled beach formation that sticks out of the sea like a tongue.
Lonely Planet listed it in the first place of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. These remarkable natural properties and the islands’ relaxed vibe make Brač a top-rated destination for windsurfers, sports lovers, and adventure seekers.
Our retreat base is located outside of the tourist rush in peaceful village Mirca — slow-paced and a perfect place for enjoying sublime scenery and scents of Mediterranean herbs and pine trees.
